A simple and easy recipe that’s perfect to have as a meal or as a cheeky dessert without feeling the guilt. Fulfil those sweet cravings and reach your protein goals with this indulgent mousse smoothie bowl.

Ingredients

• 2 frozen bananas, sliced before freezing• 1/2 frozen large avocado, diced before freezing• 15g Choc & Nut Vegan Protein Powder• 15g cacao powder• 15ml Liquid Syrup/maple syrup• 40-60ml unsweetened almond milk, start with 40ml and add more milk if needed.

Toppings

• Raspberries, frozen• Chocolate granola (can sub for any granola)• Cacao nibs• Chocolate Spread or any low-calorie chocolate spread/chocolate sauce• Toasted coconut flakes or desiccated coconut

How To Make

Blend the smoothie ingredients together in a high-speed blender until completely blended. It takes time to blend together so don’t be tempted to keep adding more milk in to loosen it.Top with the granola, raspberries, cacao nibs, toasted coconut flakes and chocolate.
