Per capsule: Caffeine (60mg), L-theanine (60mg), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, gelatin (capsule shell).
If you train late in the day, are of low body mass, or as sensitive to caffeine, take 1-2 capsules giving you 60 or 120mg of caffeine. If you train earlier in the day, have a large body mass, a low sensitivity, or want a lot of caffeine, take 3-5 capsules giving you 180-300mg of caffeine.
